Hi My name is Håkan Ranzén and I am the one how will be helping you with Installation, Commision and Start up of your plants. I have worked with different plats as pulp and paper and board.(more about that in the link abow)

I can also help you with logestic of your company if required. But here is alittle bit more about what I have done in the past.

I have been working as a site manager for the last 10 years. I travel to different countries and install and start up the board factory. For example I have been in South Africa (7months) India (13 Months) Brazil (4 years) China ( ) Mexico ( ) and about 35 other counties over the years.

Thanks to my missions I have received very good insight into different cultures and ways of working. The work has high demands on social skills as well as the ability to independently lead around 100 people who work with different types of installation and start-ups. This also means that I have to follow the drawings and at the same time determine if they are technically right or not, and then make decisions about different technical solutions for the customer.

I´m responsible for training in the workplace. This means that I have to easily adapt to collaborate with many different types of people and cultures. This has given me a genuine technological base both in mechanics, electronics, air, water, PROSESS and hydraulics. The facilities consist of a large number of fans, pumps, presses, motors of varying sizes.

Furthermore, I have been working for Clavia DMI AB (7 years) as logistics manager with responsibility for purchasing and production. I have very good negotiation skills, I´m a good organizer and confident supervisor, and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when collaborating with senior management. I prefer to work closely with sales and development, thereby influencing purchasing procedures. I was also responsible for subcontracting and their material flow.

I have also worked at Heidelberg Druck machine (7 years) as a logistics manager in the senior management team.

Before that I was a logistic manager at Schindler elevators and also there working in the senior management team.

My customers and colleagues on both current and previous contracts think I have high standard of morals and ethics. I am a good problem solver who thinks long term, but can of course make short term decisions if the situation requires it. I have the ability to prioritize, delegate and follow up. I have driven the development of my work to simplify the work while maintaining quality. Among other things I have evaluated different administration programs such as SAP, Pyramid, Super Office and Kanban systems.

I have an education in technology, diploma in purchasing and a relevant economic education.

My computer skills in both the network environment and PC are good. I have worked in several different purchasing systems MPS and databases, and in Office. I have, on several occasions, been responsible for the evaluation and implementation of various new administration and MPS programs.

I hold a BC driver´s license and a truck license.

In my spare time, I like to be at my country house on Värmdö. I now have my skippers’ ticket, even though I have had the boat all my life, and will enhance my interest in sailing even more on our new boat Swemax 690. I even have a terrible handicap on the golf course
